Service description

UnDrip is an iOS application that detects and tracks recurring subscription charges hidden inside US bank and credit card statements. The user imports a PDF statement; UnDrip parses it on-device and surfaces the detected subscriptions, recurring charges, and potentially wasteful spending. No bank account credentials are ever requested or stored.

Nature of the detection

The subscription detection performed by UnDrip is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for reviewing your actual bank or credit card statements. Detection may produce false positives (one-off charges flagged as recurring) or false negatives (real subscriptions not detected). The user remains solely responsible for managing, paying, and cancelling their subscriptions with the corresponding merchants.

Limitation of liability

CAPITA S.R.L. provides no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or reliability in the detection of subscriptions or in the parsing of bank statements. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CAPITA S.R.L. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

In-app purchases

UnDrip offers the following in-app purchase options:

• UnDrip Pro — Monthly — $2.99/month. Auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited PDF imports, multi-account view, full insights dashboard, and PDF export of summaries.
• UnDrip Pro — Lifetime — $24.99 one-time. Unlocks the same Pro features permanently, with no recurring charges.

Subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The monthly subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• The lifetime upgrade is a one-time purchase tied to the Apple ID that bought it. It can be restored on any device signed in with that Apple ID.

Free version

The free version of UnDrip allows importing a single PDF statement and detects up to 3 recurring subscriptions per import. Pro features (unlimited imports, multi-account, full insights, export) are unlocked through the in-app purchases described above.

Refund policy

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. CAPITA S.R.L. has no ability to issue refunds directly.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the PDF statements you import belong to you or that you have the necessary authorization to process them. UnDrip is intended for personal financial management. Sharing your statements or any data extracted by the app with third parties is your responsibility.

Intellectual property

UnDrip and all related content are the property of CAPITA S.R.L. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app, subject to the terms of Apple's standard license agreement (EULA). The bundled language model, merchant alias index, and brand-icon collection remain subject to their respective upstream licenses where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, unless otherwise required by mandatory law applicable to consumers in their country of residence.

Changes to terms

CAPITA S.R.L. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes shall be effective from the date of publication on this page. Material changes affecting in-app purchases or subscription pricing will additionally be communicated via app release notes.
